Our Farm

We started Indian Prairie in 2006.

We are conveniently located just off the Indiana 80/90  toll road, Exit 107 in

Middlebury, Indiana. Approxiamately 2 miles from the Michigan line and just minutes away from Shipshewana. The heart of Amish country. We enjoy  many aspects of the alpaca lifestyle and would like to share it with you.Call us to schedule a farm tour. Families or group tours can be accomadated. We are handicap accessible with seating throughout .

 We have several award winning herdsires  that are ready to work for your herd. Our females are of solid foundation, easy birthers, with ample milk supplies delivering healthy cria to our farm every time. We can show you the how to get your farm up and running. From putting up fencing, maintaining pastures, feeding program, care and maintenance, local veterinarians specializing in alpacas and so much more.  Everyday we take in more and more knowledge.
